- To answer inquiries, confirm enrollments, schedule classes, and coordinate instructors.
- To send important updates about class timing, batch start dates, lessons, and announcements.
- To improve our programs, personalize learning recommendations, and keep in touch if you opt in.
Class Types & Scheduling
- We offer both one-to-one (1:1) classes and group batch classes.
- 1:1 classes can be scheduled every day, including weekends, based on availability.
- Batch classes follow pre-set schedules but still aim to be flexible around your child’s school routine.
Payment & Refund Policy
- All confirmed paid bookings are non-refundable after confirmation.
- If Code Shikshya cancels a class, we will offer a rescheduled session, credit, or refund.
- Free trial bookings are not the same as confirmed paid enrollments and may be subject to separate terms.
Privacy Promise
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We share only the information needed with teachers and service partners to run your classes.
- You may contact us at any time to update, correct, or delete your information.
Note: Please review your chosen course type, schedule, and payment details carefully before confirming a booking, as paid enrollments are non-refundable once confirmed.
