1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received or written approval is provided by Code Shikshya.
- After confirmation, we share the final class details, instructor assignment, and schedule.
- Confirmed bookings may include either a 1:1 class or a group batch class, depending on your selected program.
2. Payment & Refunds
- Payment is required before the first scheduled class begins.
- All confirmed paid bookings are non-refundable unless Code Shikshya cancels the scheduled class.
- If we cancel a class, you may choose a rescheduled session, credit towards another course, or a refund.
3. Class Types & Scheduling
- We provide both flexible one-to-one (1:1) classes and structured batch classes.
- 1:1 sessions are available daily and are arranged around your child’s school routine and availability.
- Batch classes operate on set schedules, but we still aim to offer convenient timing options for students.
4. Trial Classes
- Free or demo trial classes are separate from paid bookings and do not guarantee a confirmed enrollment.
- Trial class availability is subject to schedule confirmation and is not part of the non-refundable paid booking terms.
5. Changes & Cancellations
- We try to accommodate schedule changes when you notify us in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations or missed classes by students may not be eligible for rescheduling.
- We will inform you promptly if a teacher, class, or schedule changes due to our side.
6. Student Conduct & Safety
- Students are expected to behave respectfully during both 1:1 and batch classes and follow the instructor’s guidelines.
- Repeated disruptive behavior, unsafe actions, or refusal to participate appropriately may lead to a pause, rescheduling, or cancellation of the session.
- In such cases, Code Shikshya may require parent or guardian support to improve conduct before continuing classes.
- We prioritize a safe, positive learning environment for every child, and we reserve the right to withdraw a student from a program if their actions prevent effective teaching.
7. Communication
- Important updates are sent by WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Please ensure your contact details are current so you receive schedule and class updates quickly.
